Are you tired of reading the retreads of “How to Increase Blog Traffic”?
I am so tired of reading about the latest non-effective blog tools. So I decided I won’t be reading these expert opinions anymore. I’m not going to waste anymore of my time. It’s always the same old things said over and over again. It starts with something like “How to create Blog Traffic”. Then you read the advice of every Guru’s “Guide to the Insider Secrets to Blog Traffic”.
My blog traffic success story is not going to come about by reading these articles. I am going to take my own advice and “JUST DO IT”. I mean, I’m simply going to stop reading and just do it. It seems to be a little too obvious, but that’s just what it is. JUST DO IT. When I’m done with this article, I’m going to have completed the following:
1. Join a blog community and update my profile.
2. Reach out and give my opinion and comments on other blog postings.
3. Open my blog to others and welcome comments for blog traffic exchange.
4. Get the blog tools to achieve my goal.
5. Send my post to blog aggregators in my blog ping list.
6. And start to BLOG.
Now that I’m soon to be past this step, I will concentrate my efforts on content and learning from my new blogging friends and their experiences. Then I can take a bit of time to look for and see the success of my simple action of just “saying HI” has brought me.
I already have my own blog which you are reading from. I’m joining the http://www.mybloglog.com community and update my blog link then copy their mybloglog script into my blog. I will do some blog research at http://blogsearch.google.com and build a list of other common blogs to introduce myself with honest comments to post on their blogs. I have already added my blog aggregators to my blog ping list, as outlined in my previous blog post (check it out) and the mybloglog widget. Now it’s time for a free blog traffic exchange by asking for a review of this post from the new blogs I visited from my earlier research. It’s just that simple. And I can’t forget to thank my friends at MaxBlogPress for getting me past this step, and being able to now say “I just did it”. Check out their blog and join their fun.
